Many scanners come bundled with an on-site service agreement. Contex uses two service providers and we have provided the contact information for both below. If you feel your scanner is covered by a service contract but are unclear which service provider you have, you may email support-usa@contex.com and we will verify the warranty status for you. If you know your scanner is no longer under warranty, please contact either company below for On-Site Time and Material service.
